16fed Fairy Ring Mushroom (Marasmius oreades) Grows on grass, is umbonate, has tough and pliable stem, gills far apart and dries quickly but bounces back when moistened. Do not confuse poisonous LBMs for this one! Great little mushroom for all occasions. Not wormy, dries easily, cook anyway you like. Grows in abundance as well.
